Wally is one of those guys you see walking around with a constant crazed expression. See Wally has a little problem, he has become so obsessed with the team zodiac cartoons and star trek that he has lot his ability to climax unless he sees the two mixed in real life. He spends most of his time at school learning the fine arts of human morphing and demon summoning. The rest of his time is mostly spent wandering the beaches looking for people that look like the cast of star trek.
Wally mostly wears shorts in various states of falling apart and shirts that are just as bad.
