These are the bonuses that any one would get from going through 4 years of schooling at Oakridge High. All bonuses should be added on top of any OCC bonuses. If any of the bonuses conflict with one that comes with the OCC simply swap the skill for a different one.

Robots and Power Armor: +10%
Robot Combat Basic
Pilot One of Choice: +10%
Read Sensory Equipment: +15%
W.P.: Automatic Rifle
W.P.: Energy Pistol
W.P.: Energy Rifle
Hand to Hand: Martial Arts
Plus any two extra skills at +5%
